Policies

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your attendance.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Your spot is confirmed only once payment has been received.
• It is the student’s responsibility to bring a model for hands-on practice.

Attendance

• Students must arrive on time for check-in.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted and will forfeit their payment.

---

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend the class for any reason will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The masterclass cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another date, person, or training.
• In the unlikely event that the class is rescheduled by the instructor, your payment will be honored for the new date or a refund will be provided.

VIP — Kits & Materials

• Kits and materials are prepared in advance.
• Failure to provide required information on time may result in delays or modifications to your kit.
• Kits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Conduct & Safety

• Professional behavior is required at all times.
• Students must follow all sanitation, safety guidelines, and instructor directions.
• Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Certification

Certificates will only be issued to students who:

• Attend the full class
• Complete all required hands-on practice
• Comply with all course policies

---

Liability

• The instructor and venue are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or allergic reactions.
• Participation is at the student’s own risk.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the policies listed above.

Política

Registro y Pago

• El pago total es requerido para asegurar tu asistencia.

• Todos los pagos son no reembolsables y no transferibles.

• Tu lugar queda confirmado únicamente una vez recibido el pago.

• Es responsabilidad de estudiante llevar modelo a clase para practica.

Asistencia

• Las alumnas deben llegar a la hora establecida para el registro.

• Llegadas tarde pueden no ser admitidas y perderán su pago.

Política de Inasistencia

• No presentarse a la clase por cualquier motivo será considerado inasistencia (no-show).

• Las inasistencias no son elegibles para reembolsos, créditos ni reprogramaciones.

Cancelaciones y Reprogramación

• La masterclass no puede ser reprogramada ni transferida a otra fecha, persona o capacitación.

• En el improbable caso de que la clase sea reprogramada por la instructora, el pago será respetado para la nueva fecha o se ofrecerá un reembolso.

VIP — Kits y Materiales

• Los kits y materiales se preparan con anticipación.

• No proporcionar la información requerida a tiempo puede resultar en retrasos o modificaciones del contenido del kit.

• Los kits no pueden ser sustituidos ni reembolsados.

Conducta y Seguridad

• Se requiere conducta profesional en todo momento.

• Las alumnas deben seguir todas las normas de sanidad, seguridad e indicaciones de la instructora.

• Conducta inapropiada o disruptiva puede resultar en la expulsión de la clase sin derecho a reembolso.

Certificación

Los certificados serán otorgados únicamente a quienes:

• Asistan a la clase completa

• Participen en las prácticas requeridas

• Cumplan con todas las políticas del curso

Responsabilidad

• La instructora y el lugar del evento no se hacen responsables por pertenencias personales, lesiones o reacciones alérgicas.

• La participación es bajo responsabilidad de cada alumna.

Acuerdo

• Al inscribirte, confirmas que has leído, entendido y aceptado todas las políticas mencionadas anteriormente.
