Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lash fills must be done every 10-14 days.

After 14 days service will be considered a full set counted towards the next month.

Rescheduled appointments must be done 48hrs in advanced.

Must arrive to appointment on time (10min grace period)

After 10mins late, $20 penalty will be applied.

After 20mins late, appointment will be cancelled.

Unused services do not roll over.

Valid with Yocelyn or Glamoras staff only.

Cannot be combined with other promotions.
